Welcome to the Concerned Christian Men’s 4Gs Program. This program is centered around GOD GOALS GUIDANCE and GUTS.  To participate in the program you will need to complete the 4Gs Intake Form and the 4Gs Worksheet.  Take your time filling in the forms. You will receive an email that has a Link where you can EDIT your form. You will need to edit your information as you move through the 4G Worksheet.
